2. Services
Hilux Media provides services in the field of:
Website design and development
Marketing strategies
No physical or digital products are sold.
3. Quotes & Payments
All quotes from Hilux Media are non-binding.
Before the start of a project, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be invoiced.
The remaining 50% will be invoiced upon going live of the website or completion of the project.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
In case of late payment, Hilux Media reserves the right to suspend the project until payment has been made.
Refunds are excluded, given the creative nature of the services.
4. Liability
Hilux Media is solely liable for direct damage, up to a maximum equal to the invoice amount of the relevant project.
Consequential damage, such as loss of revenue or data loss, is explicitly excluded.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the start of the project or before the first payment.
If the project is canceled after the deposit, the right to a refund of the already paid 50% is lost. In that case, the remaining 50% does not need to be paid.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, source files, and strategies remain the property of Hilux Media until full payment has been made.
After full payment, the client obtains the right to use and modify the delivered work.
7. Process & Revisions
Projects proceed in phases: design phase and construction phase.
Once a design has been approved by the client in the design phase, it cannot be changed in the construction phase, unless Hilux Media explicitly agrees. Any changes may result in additional costs and/or delays.
