We redesigned ONENESS Cosmetics' Shopify website to reflect the luxury brand identity, improve the user experience, and significantly increase conversion.
Background
ONENESS Cosmetics, a luxury beauty brand, needed a website that showcased its high-end offerings and provided an exceptional user experience. Its existing Shopify site was underperforming due to low conversion rates and a lack of clear, engaging messaging.
Discovery Phase and Research
We conducted a thorough audit of ONENESS Cosmetics’ existing Shopify website and analyzed competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Insights from customer behavior and trends in the luxury market guided our strategy for both design and messaging.
User Journey Mapping
To optimize the user experience, we mapped out a seamless journey for visitors. This included streamlining navigation, improving the checkout process, and strategically placing calls to action to guide users toward a purchase.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Based on the research phase, we developed wireframes and prototypes that were aligned with the luxury look and feel of ONENESS Cosmetics. The design emphasized clean aesthetics, clean layouts, and visually appealing product pages that emphasized the premium quality of their offering.
Visual Design
We conducted usability tests with real users to evaluate the functionality and appeal of the design. The feedback was used to improve the user interface so that it met the high expectations of ONENESS Cosmetics' target audience.
